黃政杰 3 劉松 1 汪鑫 1摘要:隨著自動駕駛技術(shù)的快速發(fā)展,對道路交通事故鑒定提出了新的挑戰(zhàn)。本文系統(tǒng)梳理了自動駕駛技術(shù)進展,分析了其系統(tǒng)結(jié)構(gòu)及與交通事故相互影響的關(guān)鍵因素;在此基礎上審視了當前國際及國內(nèi)在事故鑒定方面的相關(guān)法規(guī),指出了現(xiàn)有技術(shù)法規(guī)間的差異及其對法律責任分配的影響。結(jié)合自動駕駛領域的特點,設計并實施了一系列實驗,包括事故情景重建與駕駛行為分析,通過對比分析,為事故責任認定提供了科學依據(jù)。據(jù)此,本文草擬了一套面向自動駕駛道路交通事故鑒定的技術(shù)研究,并討論了其在實際應用中的效果與意義,對提升事故處理效率和公正性具有重要實踐價值。

Huangzhengjie 3 Liusong 1 Wangxin 1Abstract:With the rapid development of automated driving technology, new challenges have been presented for road traffic accident identification. This article systematically reviews the progress of automated driving technology and analyzes its system structure along with the key factors that interact with traffic accidents; based on this, the current international and domestic regulations related to accident identification are examined, highlighting the differences between existing technical regulations and their impact on the distribution of legal liabilities. In line with the unique features of the automated driving field, a series of experiments, including accident scenario reconstruction and driving behavior analysis, were designed and conducted. By comparing and analyzing the data, scientific evidence is provided for the determination of accident responsibilities. Consequently, this paper drafts a set of technical research for the identification of automated driving road traffic accidents and discusses their effectiveness and significance in practical applications, which are of significant practical value for enhancing the efficiency and fairness of accident handling.
