馬云峰 1 2摘要:為提高倉庫作業效率,針對垂直升降系統中儲位分配問題,考慮訂單中商品類型與數量關系對揀選和補貨過程的影響。構建以最小化托盤移動次數為目標的整數規劃模型,并根據商品分散存儲特點,設計變鄰域模擬退火算法對問題進行求解。實驗結果表明,與遺傳算法和變鄰域算法相比,所提出的變鄰域模擬退火算法在求解精度和效率方面具有明顯優勢,能夠有效求解大規模儲位分配問題。靈敏度分析結果表明,根據訂單類型變化合理調整托盤儲位數量可以提高揀選效率。

MA Yunfeng 1 3Abstract:To improve warehouse operation efficiency, this study addresses the storage location allocation problem in vertical lift modules systemby examining how the relationship between product types and quantities within orders impacts picking and replenishment processes.An integer programming model is constructed with the objective of minimizing pallet movement. Based on the characteristics of dispersed product storage, a variable neighborhood simulated annealing algorithm is designed to solve the problem. Experimental results demonstrate that, compared to genetic algorithms and variable neighborhood algorithms, the proposed variable neighborhood simulated annealing algorithm exhibits significant advantages in solution accuracy and efficiency, effectively solving large-scale storage location assignment problems. Sensitivity analysis indicates that the picking efficiency can be improved by reasonably adjusting the number of pallet storage spaces according to the change of order types.
