蘇宇稀 1摘要:骨料級配影響混凝土拌合物性能,現有主流標準對級配規定使按其生產的骨料存在級配波動大的問題,不利于性能控制。國內現有標準難滿足現代工程需求,鑒于連續級配存在離析現象,單粒級骨料分別配送復摻或是行業發展趨勢。本研究從骨料質量和生產成本角度出發,基于球堆積理論,以最小空隙率為目標構建最密實球堆積模型,演算砂石骨料最優級配,為連續級配骨料復摻提供方案。

Optimization Design of Aggregate Gradation Based on Sphere Packing Model

Su Yuxi 1Abstract:The gradation of aggregates significantly affects the performance of concrete mixtures. Current mainstream standards for gradation result in large variations in aggregate production, which hinders performance control. Existing domestic standards struggle to meet modern engineering demands. Given the segregation issues inherent in continuous gradation, the separate delivery and blending of single-sized aggregates may represent an industry trend. This study, grounded in the sphere packing theory, aims to minimize void ratios by constructing a densest sphere packing model. It calculates the optimal gradation of sand and gravel aggregates, providing a solution for blending continuous-gradation aggregates to enhance quality and reduce production costs.
