Research on safety influencing factors of prefabricated building hoisting construction based on DEMATEL-AISM Method

Liu JinzhuAbstract:To solve the common problems of lack of safety risk assessment system and unclear evolutionary path for prefabricated building hoisting construction, and to improve the scientific management level of construction safety, an improved the Decision Making Trial and Evaluation Laboratory - the Adversarial Interpretation Structure Modeling (DEMATEL-AISM) method for key risk identification and evolutionary path analysis has been proposed. This paper analyzes the factors affecting the construction safety of prefabricated buildings ,and visually analyzes the main factors affecting the construction of prefabricated buildings, and points out the mutual influence and logical relationship between the system factors in the construction of prefabricated buildings, which provides a reference for improving the construction safety management level of prefabricated buildings.

劉金珠 1摘要:為解決裝配式建筑吊裝施工普遍存在的安全風險評估體系缺失、演化路徑不清晰的共性問題,提高施工安全科學管理水平,提出了一種基于改進的決策試驗與評估實驗室--對抗解釋結構建模(DEMATEL-AISM)的關鍵風險識別與演化路徑分析方法。本文分析了影響裝配式建筑施工安全的因素,直觀地分析了影響裝配式建筑施工的主要因素,指出了裝配式建筑施工中各系統因素之間的相互影響和邏輯關系,為提高裝配式建筑的施工安全管理水平提供了參考。
