摘要:玉米(Zea mays L.)是我國重要的糧食、飼料和經(jīng)濟(jì)作物,其種植面積和產(chǎn)量均位于我國糧食產(chǎn)量首位,在我國經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展和我國糧食安全起著至關(guān)重要的作用。百粒重(100-kernel weight,KW)是多基因調(diào)控的數(shù)量性狀,是產(chǎn)量的重要決定因子。因而KW的遺傳及分子調(diào)控的研究對提高玉米的產(chǎn)量是最經(jīng)濟(jì)和最有效途徑。脂質(zhì)代謝通過調(diào)控RIP和Prx抑制ROS的積累影響細(xì)胞凋亡,以及PA和DAG介導(dǎo)IAA信號調(diào)控細(xì)胞伸長,因而脂質(zhì)代謝決定了胚乳細(xì)胞大小、命運(yùn),及營養(yǎng)物質(zhì)的積累,最終決定玉米粒重。本文側(cè)重闡述了脂質(zhì)代謝介導(dǎo)的細(xì)胞凋亡和細(xì)胞伸長調(diào)控玉米粒重的研究進(jìn)展,以期為玉米粒重的遺傳研究提供基因,為KW玉米分子育種提供新途徑和新資源。

Research progress in regulating seed weight through lipid metabolism pathways

Abstract:Maize (Zea mays L.) is an important grain, feed and cash crop in China. Its planting area and output are both in the first place in China\'s grain output, playing a vital role in China\'s economic development and food security. 100-kernel weight (KW) is a quantitative trait regulated by multiple genes and an important determinant of yield. Therefore, the study of genetic and molecular regulation of KW is the most economical and effective way to improve maize yield. Lipid metabolism affects cell apoptosis by regulating RIP and Prx inhibition of ROS accumulation, as well as regulating cell elongation through PA and DAG mediated IAA signaling. Therefore, lipid metabolism determines the size, fate, and nutrient accumulation of endosperm cells, ultimately determining maize kernel weight. This article focuses on the research progress of lipid metabolism mediated cell apoptosis and cell elongation regulation of maize kernel weight, in order to provide genes for genetic research of maize kernel weight and new pathways and resources for molecular breeding of KW maize.
